Who are these programs for?
Athletes who want to improve their speed, movement, strength, and game performance in flag football or similar field sports. I work with youth athletes, rep players, and those aiming for national selection.
Do I need to be on a team or play competitively to join?
No. Whether you're just starting or already competing, I’ll tailor the training to match your level, goals, and schedule.
What’s included in the athlete assessment?
We use VALD technology (NordBord, ForceDecks, Dynamo) to test strength, asymmetries, reaction, power, and movement control. This helps identify your strengths, gaps, and risks, so we can train with purpose.
How does online coaching work?
You’ll get a training plan built around your needs. Depending on the package, you’ll receive updated programs each week, video demos, feedback on your training clips, and regular check-ins with me.
What’s the difference between the programs?
Performance Blueprint: A set weekly structure for general performance
1-on-1 Coaching: Fully customized with check-ins and feedback
Performance Lab: A 6-week block you complete on your own
Hybrid Access: Combines in-person training with full online support

Where are in-person sessions held?
Brisbane. I use trusted gym and field spaces that allow for both skill work and performance training.
What’s the time commitment per week?
Most programs run 3–5 days per week. Each session ranges from 45–75 minutes depending on your focus.
